Is Bill Gates Starting his Modeling Career.
Jerry Seinfeld, famous for developing a popular TV show “about nothing,” seems to be at it again. Except this time he’s part of a $300 million advertising campaign for Microsoft that also seems to be about nothing. And while nothing might be kind of funny in 22 minute segments that are always about something at their core, the first Microsoft commercial starring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld really does seem to be about nothing. In that pointless, mind-boggling, “what the hell are they trying to say?” kind of way. [via downloadsquad ]

According to a blog post on Yahoo’s Corp Blog, Yahoo is planning to make changes to its home page yes another redesign again. This seems to be quite a quick decision as Yahoo has a history of not changing its main page for years.
We’re working on a new homepage that will help you get more out of the Internet, make more of your precious time, and make sense of all the things going on in your world. After lots of ongoing research (i.e., focus groups, usability experiments, etc.), today we’ve begun testing an all-new, more streamlined Yahoo.com that will bring the things that matter most to you –- no matter where they “live” on the Web.

So its all ready to launch, Google’s Android is going to go live on Sep 23. T-Mobile is going to announce the launch of the world first cell phone based on Google’s Android Operating System at New York. The new cell phone has been developed by HTC and is called “Dream”.According to HTC’s Google handset is just over 5-inches long and 3-inches wide, with a keypad underneath the screen that either slides out or swivels out. The aim of the keypad is for easy e-mail, note-taking and writing Web addresses.Internet navigational controls are situated below the screen on the handset.

Google today announced another additions there labs, “Google Audio search“. Google audio search is a bi product of a previously launched Google Elections Video Search gadget on iGoogle, a tool that transcribes and indexes the spoken content on YouTube’s Politicians channels.

Now this is concerning element, according to BBC the computer system at the Large Hadron Collider was hacked by a group calling itself the “Greek Security Team”.
A spokesman for Cern, the lab that houses the LHC, said the hackers put up a message on the facility’s website. No harm was done but the incident has highlighted the need for security in the LHC’s network, the spokesman said. The hackers had targeted the computer network of the Compact Muon Solenoid Experiment (CMS), a huge detector that analyses data from the particle accelerator.
