Google today announced another additions there labs, “Google Audio search“. Google audio search is a bi product of a previously launched Google Elections Video Search gadget on iGoogle, a tool that transcribes and indexes the spoken content on YouTube’s Politicians channels.

Keeping that technology in view Google have launched ‘Google Audio Search‘, so far the search & its results are within political wing i.e. it will only show results if you are searching what politicians are saying, what they have to say on Tax or on Iraq War or on economical reforms etc. The product can be useful as long as the elections days continue but for a an audio search the lack of ability to search online audio files, music files and even sound files seems like a big lack in the product.
